Mcmorris And Toutant Hustle X Games

30 01 2011

For those of you who read this site regularly, you know that we keep a pretty close eye on what these two are up to. Mark and Seb are supporters of us, and we like to keep the love moving back in their direction. It also has a lot to do with the fact that Mark came up from humble beginnings in the OffAxis organization just like Ty and myself…

So it’s pretty cool to see the two of them show up at their first X Games and handle their business like superstars. When it was all said and done, Seb had 1st in Slope and 2nd in Big Air, and Mark had 2nd in Slope and 4th in Big Air. But it’s not even about where they ended up on the podium… the important thing is that they were probably the two most gangster kids in Aspen… everything Seb did was a no-doubter, and stomped with “don’t even worry about it” attitude, and Mark probably had the best jacket size to body size ratio, and also did way steezier tricks on the rail sections than anyone else.

So if you guys are reading this, thanks for being super gangster and reminding me of how much I love snowboarding. Congrats on killing it, and mad props from Jeff & Ty at Streetjesus as usual.

he had been riding the process. so i’m guessing that might be next year’s process that we saw at X Games… no idea though, just a guess. – jefton
